OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
* Acceptable file formats include:
- Images
- Audio
- Video
* Acceptable standalone submissions include demos, ToolBook projects, Visual Basic programs, Video for Windows and QuickTime video samples, etc.
* Avoid "hard coded" path names. If you must use them, please alert the NautilusCD Team to where they are used and how they can be changed to conform to NautilusCD conventions.
* Submissions must run from a locked volume or carry explicit instructions for copying and running from a hard disk.
* Because NautilusCD conforms to the ISO 9660 standard, all file names must be "eight-dot-three" and only the characters A-Z, 1-9 and the underscore are permitted.
NAUTILUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT A SUBMISSION
FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
* It is found to contain viruses, worms, etc., or it requires the defeating of background virus checking programs/utilities for successful execution.
* It fails to run successfully on the prescribed platform, cannot be "gracefully" exited, or crashes or locks the machine upon execution or completion.
* It departs from the above submission guidelines (especially the lack of a proper support documentation).
* It contains content which is deemed inappropriate for the computer public at large. This determination is the prerogative of the NautilusCD Team.
* Ownership or publishing rights cannot be positively demonstrated.
